Exotic Ice Cream

It seems that companies are pondering new breeds of milk to make ice cream from. As we all know, cow milk is expensive. Water Buffalo milk, on the other hand, is very cheap. Now, I've never had water buffalow milk, but I have had goat's milk, which is another consideration, and it is very very nasty. I would definately rather pay more to get something I like than pay little for something that makes me want to ...well...you know...
